Chef Alisha is the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts India. She graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management Goa in 2011 and was a Gold medallist from the Oberoi Center for Learning and Development ( 2013-2015 ). She has worked with the Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and Oberoi Flight Services as a Junior Sous Chef.

3. She represented India at Asian Pastry Cup, Singapore 2018.
