General Rules

  • The competition is open to people of age 16 & Above.
  • The competition will happen in the comforts of your home, which means that you will be cooking your recipe in your kitchen without any hassle.
  • There will be one winner and two runners-up.

FAQs

  1. Who are the judges for the competition?
    The judges will be from our experienced team of chefs who have represented India at several competitions.
  2. Who is eligible to participate in the contest?
    Anyone above the age of 16 is eligible to participate.
  3. How many pictures and recipes need to be submitted?
    You are required to submit one photograph of your dish- culinary or dessert, along with another picture of yourself along with your dish. Uploading a video of the recipe will earn you extra points.
  4. How many entries can one person submit?
    You are allowed to submit only one entry per person. Submitting more than one entry will lead to disqualification.
  5. What will the participants be judged on?
    You will judged on the presentation of the food, complexity of the recipe, balance of flavours and textures, originality and ingenious use of ingredients. For example – using parts of an ingredient that are generally discarded.
  6. What is the last day to submit the recipes and pictures?
    The last day of submission is 30th October 2023.
  7. When will the winners be announced?
    The winners will be announced on the 10th of November 2023.
  8. Can the recipe be vegetarian or egg free?
    You are not restricted to use any ingredients while executing your creation. There are no bonus marks for vegetarian recipes.

APCA employees, students and their relatives are not allowed to participate in this competition

By participating in the Contest, the Participant/Contestant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these T&Cs. Participation in this Contest is at Your sole discretion and on a voluntary basis.

The Participant/Contestant’s participation in the Contest shall be deemed an unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these T&Cs. All entry instructions and any other specific details relating to the Contest or the prizes form part of these T&Cs.

APCA India reserves the sole right to terminate the Contest at any time without giving prior notice. All decisions of APCA India in any matter relating to the Contest shall be final and no discussion or correspondence will be entertained.

The Participant/Contestant must read the T&Cs from time to time to be fully aware of the T&C’s.

We reserve the right to refuse to issue Prizes to the winners unless they provide their Personal Data necessary to release the Prize and to perform other activities to run the Contest.

Participants authorize contest partner to use the Personal Data sent to the Contest in connection with the Contest.

In case of tie or draw the finalists will split the prize money.
