Our flagship bachelor’s degree program, offered exclusively at APCA Bengaluru campus, provides hands-on training in pastry and culinary arts, gradually progressing from basic to intermediate and finally to advanced levels, as well as in hospitality management and entrepreneurship. This program is ideal for high school graduates seeking a career in the Pastry/ Culinary/ Food & Beverage industry. It consists of three academy years that blend internships and practical training with rigorous study in pastry and culinary arts, business, and sustainability, with a strong focus on academic studies.

This three-year, highly specialized program is a unique combination of a bachelor’s degree in tourism studies with mastery in pastry and culinary arts, along with the professional and managerial skills required to become a leader in the industry.

Course Eligibility

The programme will commence in 17th August 2026.

Candidates should be above 18 years of age as on 18th August of the year of joining the Programme.

  • - Clear pass in Class XII as on 1st July of the year of joining, from a Board recognized by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India.
  • - The programme requires a Class X English score of 70% or above. The equivalent in CBSE is a B2 Grade or a 7 Grade Point or above.
