Chef Eureka joined Academy of Pastry Arts India as an assistant pastry chef after working with the taj group of hotels as a junior sous chef at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur The best hotel in the world, 2016.

She graduated from the Institute of Hotel Management, Goa in 2017 and was trained in the Taj management Training program 2012-2014.

She won the first place in the all Goa cake decorating competition, in 2011.

She specializes in chocolates & pralines, plated desserts, and modern French Pastries.
