Chef Guillaume Lejeune has over 20 years of experience in French Pastry and Baking. In this two decade of his experience, he worked with some big brands like Fauchon and Ritz in Paris.
Chef Guillaume has joined as 'Director of Pastry Studies' for India Operations. Fondly known as Chef G among his students, Chef Guillaume will be directly responsible to lead the team of chefs at the Academic centers in Bangalore and Gurgaon.
Armed with experience in running cafes, Chef Guillaume opened his own cafe in Paris which he operated for about 6 years. He later joined as faculty in the prestigious 'National Hospitality Institute' in the Sultanate of Oman where he worked for five years.
The journey with Academy of Pastry Arts started in 2010 when Chef Guillaume joined in the Malaysia center and opened the first school. He was instrumental in designing the curriculum and setting the high standards the academy is known for now.
In his free time, Chef Guillaume loves exploring markets and cooking various international cuisine.
