6 Weeks Intensive Pastry Course

The Intensive Program in Pastry & Bakery Arts, spanning 6 weeks, offers a comprehensive curriculum tailored for individuals eager to pursue a professional path in pastry & bakery arts but unable to commit to a longer Advanced Diploma course. Certified by APCA- School of Pastry & Culinary, this rigorous program provides participants with a professional certification upon completion. This program also covers small scale Pastry business insight like costing, Budgeting and Menu Planning as well as cover packaging and Logistic Insight. Suitable for aspiring entrepreneurs.

The Intensive course will be conducted Monday through Saturday, offering a comprehensive syllabus covering a wide array of pastry and bakery arts disciplines. Participants can expect to delve into various aspects of European Breads, Venoisserie, Tarts, Chocolates, Ice cream and Modern French Pastries, as well as Travel Cakes and Cookies.
