Chef Sehaj Ghuman, currently the Head Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Gurgaon, began her career as a STEP associate at The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts (2014-2017). She graduated as a Gold Medallist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development in the Kitchen Management program (2017-2019) and subsequently worked as a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry at The Oberoi Gurgaon (2019-2021). Her extensive experience and training have positioned her as a leading figure in the pastry arts industry.
Chef Himanshu Roye, Chef de Cuisine, is a distinguished culinary professional and an essential member of the Chef’s team at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts in Gurgaon.
Chef Latika is the Assistant Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, India. She holds a degree from the Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad, and has honed her skills through valuable experience at The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts, Bangalore, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Bangalore.
Chef Latika specializes in the art of bread-making and viennoiserie, showcasing a strong understanding of dough fermentation and lamination techniques. Her skill in creating a variety of bakery items, from classic croissants to specialty breads, reflects her deep passion for baking. She brings a meticulous approach and creative touch, ensuring every product is crafted to perfection.
