Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

We offer refunds in specific circumstances as outlined below. By enrolling in any of our programs or services, you agree to this policy.

2. Course Enrollment Refund

  • An administrative charge of Rs 5,000 will be imposed on all withdrawals.
  • Admission fee is NOT refundable.
  • If an applicant gives more than 1 month notice before the class starts, a 50% refund will be given. However, the full amount can be adjusted for a later course.
  • No refund will be given in any other case.
  • Refunds, if any, will be made via the original payment method to the applicable party (parent/guardian/student).
  • All refunds shall be free of interest and may be offset against any payments due to Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts India (A unit of Skipping Stones Pvt Ltd).
  • Admission fee applies only to the specific intake date requested.

3. Workshops and Events

  • Full refund if a workshop or event is canceled by APCA India.
  • 50% refund if the participant cancels at least 15 days before the event. Full amount can be adjusted to a future workshop.
  • No refund in other cases.

4. Digital Products / Online Content

All sales of downloadable or online content (e.g., e-learning modules, recipe books) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

5. Refund Process
