This bachelor's degree program consists of three academic years that blend practical training with rigorous study in Pastry & Culinary as well as in business and sustainability, a strong focus on academic studies coupled with internship in India and abroad.

Stages to Apply

Statement of purpose (upto 500 Words) & Application form

Interview with chef

  • Screening of forms on basis of (SoP) & telephonic interaction
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for one-on-one interviews with a panel of academy faculty members.

Admission offers

  • Selected candidates will receive admission offers via email.
  • Second round of counselling starts for waitlisted candidates from 1st April,2026

  • Candidates must confirm their acceptance within 15 days of receiving the offer.
