The Intensive Program in Pastry & Bakery Arts, spanning 12 weeks, offers a comprehensive curriculum tailored for individuals eager to pursue a professional path in pastry & bakery arts but unable to commit to a longer Advanced Diploma course. Certified by APCA- School of Pastry & Culinary, this rigorous program provides participants with a professional certification upon completion.

The Intensive course will be conducted Monday through Friday, offering a comprehensive syllabus covering a wide array of pastry and culinary arts disciplines. Participants can expect to delve into various aspects of tarts & travel cakes, viennoiserie, modern french pastries as well as tandoor & kebab, italian, cheese making spanish & mexican.
