Chef Astik is the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts India. He graduated from IHM Pusa, New Delhi and joined Taj as a TMTP (Taj management training program). He started working with The Taj group of hotels and moved across Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi. The Major phase of the training was at The Taj Mahal Hotel, Mumbai and last posting at Vivanta by Taj Dwarka as a Jr. Sous Chef.
He specializes in Chocolates, Modern French pastries, and Plated Desserts.
Experience in Plated Desserts & menu development for desserts, and skilled in Wedding Cakes and Designer Cakes.
