CULINARY ARTS & BUSINESS

This integrated course is for those who wants to advance their career and become a professional chef for 5-star hotels, leading restaurants or Patisserie or be an entrepreneur. This finely crafted 3 year course begins from scratch and takes the students to an advanced level in both the Pastry & Culinary. This program gives an exposure to a complete French cuisine in Pastry Bakery and all the major international cuisine in Culinary. A unique course with a 90% practical training and includes intensive courses at our international campuses. The Academy prepares its students to face a complete understanding on both Pastry and Culinary world with an exposure which is akin to a melting pot of diverse cultures. A perfect place to burnish your business wisdom along with creative studies. The practical oriented approach would groom the skills to suit industry needs. Additionally, four certification from City & Guilds, London is an additional option to explore several employment opportunities overseas.
