Chef Robin is the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry Arts India. He graduated in culinary production in France. After working in 4 stars fine dining restaurants as a bakery/pastry chef, he spent 1 year in Sydney (Australia) to improve his skills and discover new products.

He specializes in breads and breakfast viennoiseries.

Experience in Plated Desserts & menu development for desserts, and skilled in Wedding Cakes and Designer Cakes.
