This 9-month Pastry course is a hands-on and suitable for those who want to become professional Pastry Chefs in 5 Star Hotels or want to launch their own Patisserie or Boulangerie. This is meant for complete beginners, where the classes are filled with setting the basics right and then going on to harness advance techniques and cuisines. We emulate the French Cuisines so the use of egg is mandatory in almost all our recipes. All our courses are certified by City & Guilds, London, which is highly regarded in India and the globe.
For those who want to pursue baking as a hobby, or working professional who doesn't have time to pursue our Full-Time course, join our Part-Time Program. Culinary Courses are held only at Bangalore Centre & Mumbai Center.
NOTE : After completing Diploma Program, upgrade to the Advance Diploma Program by enrolling in our 3 Months Course. So, you will get a total of 9 Months of Training.
