Chef Rubani is an Assistant Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts (APCA), Mumbai. With a strong foundation in the pastry arts, Chef Rubani has had the privilege of assisting Chef Dean Rodrigues in the preparations for the prestigious India Pastry Cup, gaining invaluable experience early in their career.
