Chef Sehaj Ghuman, currently the Head Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts, Gurgaon, began her career as a STEP associate at The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts (2014-2017). She graduated as a Gold Medallist from the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development in the Kitchen Management program (2017-2019) and subsequently worked as a Junior Sous Chef - Pastry at The Oberoi Gurgaon (2019-2021). Her extensive experience and training have positioned her as a leading figure in the pastry arts industry.
