Chef Stanly is the Pastry Chef at the Academy of Pastry and Culinary Arts India. He pursued a Diploma in HM and MBA. He has worked with Taj Residency, Bangalore. He has also worked with Taj Kovalam, Trivandram. He then moved to Le meridian, Japan and Then to Taj ITPL, Bangalore.
He likes to experiment and innovate new desserts.
Experience in Plated Desserts & menu development for desserts, and skilled in Wedding Cakes and Designer Cakes.
